The tinbin TC2 is a hydraulically driven, pneumatically functioning suction device that attaches to your excavator The TC2 has the ability to suck mineral building materials, ground and gravel, etc. via a concentrated vacuum and is perfect for a variety of jobs in rail construction, landscaping, municipal work, and excavation. 

The radial ventilator generates a strong airflow, with which the material is carried into the container chamber from where the material can be dumped on-site or into a bin. The TC2 model brings new innovations like dust suppression and a cylindrical container to improve dumping! One amazing benefit of the TC2 is that it's an uncomplicated and economical alternative to manual labor. 

The patented ST-48 IMR Tie Exchanger is the first of its kind for the railroad industry. It has the power to insert or extract crushed ties, new ties, and concrete ties, in two strokes with a 30-second cycle time. The IMR cylinders have the power to break the ballast by digging in and pushing through. With the multi-functions that this attachment has, it mounts easily up to anything with a hydraulic loader or boom. It is engineered with IMR's high-quality craftsmanship, and the toughest steel available. It has proven to shave minutes off of the standard way of removing ties. The ST-48 Tie Exchanger saves time, money, and injuries by not having the need for many laborers out in the field. With the innovative rail lifters, it can also help extract embedded tie plates in the ties with ease. It keeps a clean railway when pulling out ties instead of leaving ballast over the railway and ties. With the multi-functions that this attachment has, it mounts easily up to anything with a hydraulic loader or boom.

There are 7 functions on this attachment. 

1.) Railhead clamp mechanism – clamps unit to both rails at all corners of attachment

2.) Stroker box rotate – allows gripper mechanism to clear or engage ballast and tie

3.)  Gripper tilt mechanism – provides 7 degrees of rotational movement  allowing gripper to dig into ballast and position opposite end of tie  for desired placement

4.) Tie gripper mechanism – grips tie for removal or insertion

5.) Stroker mechanism – provides 48” of linear movement once the tie is gripped, for extraction of insertion of a tie.

6.) Rail lifter cylinders (2) – lifts rail enough to slide tie in or out if the tie is hung up on tie plate

7.)  Main assembly tilt cylinder – provides 50 degrees of complete attachment rotation in order to pick up ties from the roadbed ditch line.

The IMR Panel Carrier proves to be a flexible addition to our range of excavator attachments. It allows you the option to incorporate a rotator or effortlessly integrate with your existing one. Equipped with IMR's reliable American-made cylinders, this Panel Carrier showcases its capability to handle panels of various dimensions, including extended 60-foot panels. With the use of IMR's rail lifter cylinders, this attachment efficiently elevates rail sections by up to 8 feet, exerting pressure on the ballast as required.
